Your First Visit

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you. After a thorough exam, your dentist will talk with you about what they see, answer any questions you have and work with you to build a plan that supports your long-term oral health.

Because we offer a wide range of dental services in-house, we can usually take care of your needs right here at New Image Dentistry — without the hassle of bouncing between offices. We're here to make your visit with us as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
 

• For routine visits, we will send your forms to be completed prior to your appointment. This is important so we can verify insurance and get things ready for our patients before they ever come in the door.
• If patients are unable to fill out forms beforehand, we ask that they arrive 30 minutes prior to their appointment time.
• Patients should bring their driver's license and insurance card (if applicable).
   

Routine visits are scheduled appointments focused on preventive care, such as dental cleanings, exams, and planned treatments like fillings or checkups. These visits help maintain your oral health, catch issues early, and keep your smile healthy over time.
 

Emergency visits are unscheduled appointments for urgent dental issues — like severe pain, swelling, or injury. We do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for emergencies. If you need to be seen more urgently or don’t see available times when booking online, please call our office directly so we can assist you.
